Overview

The terms "we", "us", "TNAME" or "our" shall refer to DomainName Route Inc. The terms "you", "your", "user", "client", "reseller" or "customer" shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement, has access to your account or uses the Services. The term "Party" also herein refers to each of TNAME and you, collectively known as the "Parties". Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

Characterization of Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in a designated file on Users' device and contain certain data on Users' preferences on TNAME websites and other information that helps TNAME to enhance their browsing experience.
There are two types of cookies:
The 'session cookies' are erased immediately after the end of the Users' browsing session.
The 'persistent cookies' are not deleted when the Users quit their browser, rather they will be stored on their device for a fixed period of time. In that way, the Users' preferences will be saved for their next visit. These cookies are not used to store any personal information. Thus, cookies used by TNAME cannot track any personal information or identify an individual user.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are used to identify Users' devices and browsing preferences and provide features for a more user-friendly and personalized browsing experience, such as an easier navigation on TNAME's websites. In other words, cookies use the stored information to tailor the operation of the Web application to Users' preferences. Hence, they ensure that a Web application can respond to each User as an individual.

Consent

By using TNAME's websites the Users consent to the storage and use of cookies as mentioned in the currently valid Cookie Policy/Privacy Policy.
However, in the event that the Users do not wish cookies to be used, they can disable those. In general web browsers provide the option to control the use of cookies. Therefore, the Users may follow the instructions of the respective browser. Furthermore, they can delete the stored cookies from their device manually.
The Users should be aware that after disabling the use of cookies, the performance of TNAME's websites will change. Some portions of the respective websites may not function properly and the web experience may be impaired.
